The Application will request explicit permission before accessing any health data from Apple Health or Google Health Connect. Health Data Retention:
The Service Provider will retain your health data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you delete your account or request deletion of your data by contacting support@hydrator.app, your health data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Third-Party Access to Health Data:
Your health data is NOT shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. The only third-party service that may have access to your health data is Firebase Firestore (operated by Google), which is used solely for data storage and synchronization across your devices. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. The Service Provider are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information.
